Gmail revisited

Useful Settings:

General:
Undo Send: Set a "Send cancellation period" in seconds. Delays sending an e-mail for the number of seconds you specify. When you send an e-mail, a yellow box pops up giving you the option of viewing the e-mail and cancelling sending it.

Default reply behaviour: Reply (only to the person who sent it) or Reply all to everyone who received it. This can be changed at the moment of sending.

Personal level indicators: Show indicators - Display an arrow ( › ) by messages sent to my address (not a mailing list), and a double arrow ( » ) by messages sent only to me.

Inbox:

Show markers by messages marked as important.

Accounts and Import:

Import Mail and contacts - from other e-mail providers.
Send mail as: Useful if you have several e-mail accounts, send it as if from another e-mail account.
Check email from other accounts: If you have multiple email accounts, you can check them in Gmail. You can choose from several options.
Grant access to your account: You can grant access to your Gmail account by adding a delegate. This person can read, send, and delete messages for you, but it is clear that the delegate is sending the e-mail, not you.
