Don´t forget The Javea Computer Club Annual General Meeting will take place in the Club on THURSDAY February 16th 2012. First Call at 10.00 and Second Call at 10.30.
The 2012 Agenda and minutes of the 2011 AGM are displayed on the Notice Board in the Club.
Accounts for 2011 are currently being audited and will be presented at the AGM.
Nomination forms for Officers and Committee Members are also on the Notice Board.
This is your Club and the AGM is an opportunity for you to tell us whether we are running the JCC, as you would wish, and to offer comments and observations of where we might more closely meet your needs.
We are also looking for Members to join us on the Committee. It is fun (usually) and is a way of sharing the responsibilty of running the Club. Think about it and consider putting your name on the Nomination Forms.
